So while we wish all things could be rainbows🌈and unicorns🦄in business, it doesn’t always work that way.

That said, the 2 slides presented here is an update to our policies on late arrivals and cancellations.

For years, we have been lenient on late arrivals but that has to change. It may seem like nickel and diming to some, but when you’re late, I’m late and when you change your services at the last minute it inconveniences my time and the time of other clients.

This policy is EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY! If there are any questions/concerns, please reach out and I’ll be happy to discuss.

1st visit: 10/9/21
Client presented with injured/damaged toenail; Yellowing of nail bed; nail was detached from bed so damaged portion was removed; client at-home treatment started

2nd visit: 11/20/21
Client is showing improvement; Nail is growing back attached to the nail bed; nail bed is showing healthy signs by being more pink in color; continued at-home treatment

3rd visit: 1/19/22
Clients toenail has shown significant improvement; nail has grown back fully attached to nail bed; very pink and healthy; client will continue at-home treatment

🎄MERRY CHRISTMAS🎄

This client started noticing a change in her nail shape and came seeking advice on what she could/should do.

October 2021: 1st visit. Client suffers from severe pincer nails. Pincer nails are those with thickness and severe curvature. Can be hereditary or acquired. Decided to apply BS Brace®️System to both big toes.

December 2021: 2nd visit. Toes have grown out and the braces have made a significant change to the right big toe and subtle change to the left big toe.

The brace treatment takes time and patience along with proper foot treatments and at-home maintenance. Clients results will vary.
