Yes. I'm old...but I'm good with that! I think of all that I've learned in all of these years in this business, and I'm still just obsessed as I was when I first started as a young girl just out of highschool ♥️

Tweezing or waxing your hairs while getting laser or electrolosis treatments will only prolong the process. I tell all of my clients to switch to dermaplaning or shaving (and no, I promise these methods will NOT make your hairs grow in thicker...that is an urban legend 😬) When you pull a hair from the root, it can take from 8-12 weeks for that hair to grow back. So that one hair you tweeze every 3 days????? I have bad news...it's a lot more than one hair. Shaving the hairs at the surface of the skin ensures that as many hairs as possible will be growing at once, so I can treat them as soon as we see them.

Yes, there will be an adjustment period where you will have more hairs than you realized. But I PROMISE, this is temporary and will get you better results much faster, so it's totally worth it!

Can I share my excitement about this? I as the provider at Beauty Bar am the only electrologist in Sheboygan county! I may not be a professional graphic-maker (but hey, I did it myself, haha!) But I KNOW UNWANTED HAIR. If you are shy about your unwanted facial hair, you can discreetly message me a close-up picture of the hair you are dealing with and answer these questions: 1: How do you currently deal with these hairs (tweezing, waxing, shaving etc.) 2: How long and how often have you been treating these hairs? 3: Are these hairs you can see and feel, only see or hairs that are hard to see but you can feel on the skin.

Send me the pics (clearer the better, and it can be cropped to just the area as long as you describe where the hairs are located) and I will message you back with my best recommendations.
