I just wanted to give a quick update regarding appointments. Moving forward, I’ll be implementing a 40% cancellation fee for any appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

You’ll also now be asked to add a card on file when booking your appointment. This will only be used in the case of a late cancellation or no-show.

As much as I understand that things come up, last-minute cancellations make it really hard to fill those spots and keep things running smoothly. This helps protect my time and ensures I can continue giving my best to each of you 🫶
