Coffee Bites, Cherries, and Plum Pecan Granola ready to go. The cost of cherries are high and the time and ingredients it takes to make the coffee bites and granola.

Some of my coffee bites swelled up like crazy. LOL
So I made a bag of mixed dust and pieces that you can add to whatever. That bag 9.50

Cherries around 12 a bag

The reason for these being higher than the pudding is the Tiramisu has Marscapone Cheese
But all have homemade sweetened condensed milk, and homemade caramel. Even though pudding was made from scratch also.
All comes down to ingredients.
Like I said, cleaner sadly is more labor intensive, and costly.

I can make desserts for a party or a side for you to take to a potluck, or whatever.

Everything is all natural ingredients, nothing you can't pronounce in there at all. I make my own sweetened condensed milk, caramel, chocolate syrup, and everything. The only thing at the moment I do not make is marshmallows, if it is in there they are stay puff or Kroger brand.

Cleaning Day and an oil change here at Freezy Peazy.
After so many runs you have to change the oil. The machine will actually tell you it is oil change time. You are also supposed to check the oil window to see what color your oil is. If it is a light amber color, change it then. I don't let it get that bad. You can see color of my oil in the bowl. This is an expensive machine that I used my disability settlement money to buy, to help me make some extra income. I am gonna take very good care of it.
Even though I cover anything that may rise in here, after a few runs I clean it anyway.

So, letting my customers know, I go above what the recommended cleaning and oil change says. This is people's food. We must stay safe. So watch who you get your freeze dry products from. Make sure they are wiping and cleaning the machine and parts very regularly.

***Side note, the ONLY time my oil has been dark is from when I ran store bought candy through it. So all that artificial color and bad food dyes...***

I only do candy now when requested. It is not something I like to do. I like clean, healthy foods.

On today's agenda. Making more fermented garlic and honey, and Fire Honey. If you watch my live on my personal page Alina Robin Hall you will hear the benefits of these.

Fermented Garlic: Mason Jar, Fill with peeled garlic cloves to the top, fill with honey, slowly and in spurts so bubbles have time to come out, then put the lid on tight, flip at least once a day and open jar on days the lid is up to burp it. Let it stay on the counter or cabinet and after at least a week, it will be fermented enough to eat once a day. The longer it sits, the better.

Fire Honey:

Ingredients
​1 cup raw honey
​3 tbsp ground ginger (or 3 tbsp apple c***r vinegar for a traditional kick)
​1 tbsp ground turmeric
​1 tbsp garlic powder
​1 tsp ground cinnamon
​1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to preferred heat)
​½ tsp freshly ground black pepper (essential to help absorb turmeric)
This is for a pint jar!!

Now you can put as much or as little of these ingredients as you want, but this is the base. I use a bit more cinnamon and cayenne. Remember if you want more turmeric, you need more black pepper.

I fill the jar 1/4 of the way with honey, then add spices, then stir while adding more honey. This keeps dry spices from being stuck on the bottom. Watch sides while stirring and scrape if necessary.
