I had such a great time with and the whole team this weekend in Palm Springs. My HPSA family just keeps growing with every “family reunion” we get! Always great to get to spend time with my family outside the salon to grow as a team together, but also as better leaders individually. If you are curious about my adventures, or just wanna come have fun with us next time, let me know. Changing the salon industry, and I’m excited I get to be part of the start! Our three salon locations will be closed for staff training and development tomorrow November 5th.

Centralia and Maryville Salons will remain closed on Tuesday, November 8th, and reopen for regular business hours on Wednesday, November 9th. Hollywood Hair Shiloh will reopen on Tuesday, November 8th for regular business hours.

Training will be attended by all of our employees and stylists. This training will help us continue to improve the quality of care we provide to our customers.

When you talk about teamwork, this is the one that is on top. She doesn’t stop helping her guests, or her team, OR EVEN her team’s guests! truly shows what our great teamwork is all about! Her skill behind the chair is so great that she even continues to help take care of some of my guests that I couldn’t fit in. Grace, I think they love you more than me 😩, but I’m ok with that cause you are truly an awesome stylist and an amazing woman!

SHE’S IN SHILOH! I’ve worked for over 4 years and I’ve gotten to know this stylist, but only in meetings and classes. Over the past few months, has been coming to work in Shiloh on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. It’s been so great getting to see the connections she has with her guests, her love of growth with new guests, and even more their excitement when they leave her chair.

This one right here inspires me to be stronger and a better version of me. I was immediately drawn to from the moment she sat in my chair as a guest! I didn’t like the idea of only getting to be around her once every six weeks so I made her apply to the salon. Then I found out she was licensed! YES!! I’m so glad she’s a part of our team and I love getting to work together with her on a guest when we can! Treats my guests like I do!

I am always building! Being a military wife has it advantages and did advantages.
•Same with being a military stylists! I get to meet SO many great STRONG woman that have the struggle of finding their new hair person with every move. I am so glad I’m not the one that has to leave anymore, but I still feel the breakup when my guests get orders. I always say it’s a see you later cause you never know in the military, you might be back.
