With juvenile crime on the continual upswing, it is necessary to have judges at the juvenile court level who both care about our youth and who are willing to be tough on them to make sure that they do not continue in the path of staying “in the system” as they become adults.

Justin Courtney knows what it takes to both care for our youth and what it looks like to be tough on them. He has both freed children to be adopted as their counsel and represented juveniles in delinquency cases and for Families in Need of Services (FINS) cases. He has handled in excess of 2,500 matters in the Caddo Parish Juvenile Court.

Justin has also represented clients in civil, criminal, and domestic cases. He is who we need fighting for our children at the Juvenile Court level!
