I have been a licensed massage therapist for 8 years. I focus more on the therapeutic side of massage. Listening to the body and feeling for areas where it’s needed.

I studied massage in Wilmington,NC and graduated with an associates degree in massage therapy from Miller Motte Technical College. I have 5 years experience working in an athletic club performing deep tissue, sports massage, and stretching to clients, in Corpus Christi,Texas.

I am now offering warm bamboo massage.
Essentially the same as Swedish or deep tissue massage. Instead of using hands and elbows to warm and treat the muscles, the therapist uses a heated roll of bamboo in a variety of shapes and sizes. With the heated bamboo the therapist can get deep into the muscles helping to relieve tension.

I am in the process of learning lymphatic drainage massage. I can perform a manual lymphatic drainage with clients who have little to none lymphatic issues. Will be pursuing in post cosmetic lymph drainage later this year.

I cal also perform, deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, sports massage and more.

I love helping people reach their goals in recovery and healing through their day to day life.

My name is Julie Franks and beside me is my sister, Paige Waller. Not only is she my sister, she is my very best friend…my soulmate in life. We lost our mother when we were 10 and 12 years old and since then we have had an unbreakable bond. We went through divorces in the same year both with small children involved. Since then we have become strong independent mothers who both strive and sacrifice to raise our girls to be the same. We started a business together last year and work together each day. Being able to be completely open and honest with someone and even agree to disagree in a pleasant manner is something I find irreplaceable in life. We rarely do things for ourselves because we put our 3 girls first as well as work so we can raise and support their needs and wants. When I saw this post I immediately thought it would be a perfect surprise for her and a delight for us both. I was actually at the Helping Hands Ball hosted by you last weekend and was amazed at how beautiful and classy it is.

My best friend or “sister from another mister” as I would call her, Deneshia Williams, is amazing because she is truly the definition of a friend. We met in class freshman year at C.E. Byrd high school and hit it off instantly. She has always had a quieter and more reserved spirit while me, on the other hand, has always been “the life of the party”. My mom always jokes that “Neshia” is the friend that helps add balance to my life as we have two totally different personalities. Regardless of our differences, she is the sister that God knew I needed. We have been friends since 2007 and we have been there for one another through the good and bad. She has ALWAYS been a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on in times of turmoil but also right there supporting me over the years through every accomplishment. What she may be surprised to know is that I look up to her in so many ways. In 2021, she became a first-time homeowner and in May 2023 she will be graduating with her Masters in Crime Scene Investigation! Glory to God! Being friends for 16 years literally means that we grew up together. She was the first person I traveled with internationally to the Dominican Republic in 2018 and has entrusted me to plan our past trips to date. She has seen me at my worst and never once judged, or ridiculed me, but loved me as her sister in Christ and always provided advice that restored my faith, joy, and hope. She was also there during the loss of my grandmother in June 2021, which was and still is, the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with in life. I am most proud to say that the foundation of our friendship is our love for Christ. I know if I need a prayer warrior, I can count on her without a doubt.

“Nesh” is truly an amazing person inside and out. I am not just saying this because she is my friend but because I know that if you ask anyone who has met her, they will all say that she is such a sweet and gentle spirited person. I Thank God for our friendship and memories over the years and I pray that we get to spend many more years together on this side of heaven.

I've never known anyone like my best pal, Abbie. The first time I met her, it was bestie love at first sight - and we've been inseparable for the last four years. Abbie is one of those people who takes up all the space in the room with her laughter and her genuine love for people. When she asks a stranger "How was your day?" - she isn't just playing nice, she means it. She wants to know how their day was, and if it was terrible, she's going to do whatever she can to make it better for them.

Like most women, I grew up watching powerful female friendships on movies and tv, but I really struggled to find those types of relationships. Abbie came along and changed all of that.

And as if she wasn't already the most fun and brilliant thang on the planet - she's obsessed with wigs. In fact, I truly believe that wigs are her love language. She will turn any situation into a wig party. Birthday? Wig party. Dinner? Wig party. Random Tuesday night? Wig party. She's wild and charming and will take the wig right off her head and give it to the woman at the next table just to brighten her day. We all need an Abbie (and her wigs) in our life.
