Omega-3’s Why do we need them?

Fat is part of the building blocks of life and one of those fats is Omega-3’s. Most notably omega-3’s help with Cardiovascular system helping prevent the hardening of arteries, lowering LDL (bad cholesterol) Levels and increasing HDL(good cholesterol) Levels, reducing the risk of blood clots and reducing inflammation.
