Thanksgiving is one of my favorites because the world gets a little kinder for a little bit! One reason I chose the name Kind Heart Medical Piercing is because of how strongly I believe in kindness. It doesn’t cost you a thing to be kind and it could change someone’s life for the better!!!

Good afternoon! One of the most common questions I get is how I pierce the ears, needle or gun? I love this question since it’s an opportunity to educate.

Many are concerned with scarring or have been told it’s better to use a needle when piercing verses the piercing earring. I think it’s a personal preference. I believe the most important thing is sterility and the care provided after. There is a great Dutch study that compares the two processes. The end result is the care provided.

When you are looking to pierce, make sure you are comfortable with the process, it remains sterile, and you clean those ears well after!

My heart is filled with joy as all my girls are wearing earrings that are skin friendly and not having any issues!!
