WHAT TO WEAR/BRING TO SAUNA!

As we get close to our next pop-up we wanted to answer some common questions around what to wear.

The main rule is to wear clothing you don’t mind getting wet in- there is a lot of moisture in the sauna and cold plunges!

We provide towels if our customers forget but a towel does come in handy and we always say HYDRATION IS KEY to recovery and post sauna. We strongly recommend bringing a water bottle and even utilizing electrolytes during and after a sauna session!
