💜 Come support an amazing cause and have some fun while you’re at it!
You do not need a team or have to compete to come out and enjoy the day! There will be food, raffles, a DJ, kids’ activities, speakers, and plenty of fun while cheering on the teams competing in the Backyard Battle.
This one is especially close to my heart because of my niece Riley, who lives with Crohn’s disease. 💜 IBD Connect is an amazing organization that supports children and families navigating Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, and I’m so grateful for the work they do.

Thank goodness for amazing friends who come to the rescue, dry the tears 😂 and help save the day. 💜✨
Both cabinets are DONE — he built one, I built one, and they’re finally in place. 🙌
Now we’re down to the last big piece: my custom reception desk by For You Woodworking Co. 🤍
Meraki is almost there. ✨
Behind the scenes at Meraki… 🤍✨
20 minutes into putting furniture together by myself and I was already ready to cry. Not because of the furniture itself, but because sometimes it’s the one more thing that gets you.
I’m stubborn, independent, and usually determined to figure things out on my own. I even asked for help with this one… and after waiting over a month, I finally decided today was the day I was getting it done myself.
And the best part? There are TWO of these to build. 😂
Building Meraki has been exciting, beautiful, exhausting, frustrating, and so worth it.
Piece by piece, room by room, it’s all coming together. 💜✨
And yes… I’m still determined to get both of these cabinets done today.

Healing isn’t always about becoming someone new. ✨ Sometimes it’s about releasing the versions of ourselves we created just to survive… the patterns, walls, identities, and stories that once protected us but no longer belong in the life we’re creating.
There comes a point when healing becomes a choice — to honor what carried you here, gently let it go, and choose yourself differently moving forward. 🤍
At Meraki, healing is not about going backward. It’s about creating a life, a body, and a soul you feel at home in.
Love your body. Nourish your soul. ✨

Our first Sophia Retreat. 🤍
Four days. Thirteen souls. And somehow, it felt like exactly the number that was meant to gather.
Our theme was Remembrance — remembering who we are beneath the noise, the stories, the responsibilities, and all the ways life can pull us away from ourselves and the Divine.
The land itself felt like part of the ceremony — the gardens, the stream, the trees, the flowers, the moon overhead… a place so lovingly cared for that you could feel it holding us.
There was laughter and tears, beautiful music, incredible food, connection, stillness, and so many moments that are difficult to put into words.
Three sacred ceremonies were woven throughout our time together, each carrying its own invitation into remembrance, reflection, and deeper connection. The owl, our totem for the retreat, felt like a quiet companion throughout it all — a symbol of wisdom, intuition, and seeing beyond what is immediately visible.
This retreat also held a very special first for me: serving cacao. And as always, it was such an honor to serve as a guardian within the Sophia ceremonies — to witness, support, and hold space for the journeys unfolding around me.
I was also able to share one of my deepest love languages: touch. Offering massage and giving participants a place to soften, receive, and return to their bodies felt like another beautiful expression of service.
My intention for myself was clarity and joy.
My intention for the group was to serve, witness, and hold.
And somewhere within serving others, I was given space for my own healing too.
Maybe that is part of remembrance as well — remembering that we can hold space and still be held, give and still receive, and that healing and joy can exist side by side.
I left with a full heart, deep gratitude, and so much love for everyone who shared in this experience.
Our first Sophia Retreat — one I will carry with me for a very long time. 🌙🦉🌹✨
