I got started on my health journey just to feel good when I walked past the mirror ...

I wanted to feel healthy and still have curves. I wanted to feel sexy is sweat pants. I didn’t want hide in my clothes. I wanted to feel beautiful wether I was covered or in a crop top.

November is always a month that brings forth such divine feminine essence.
The energy, the weather, having more family gatherings and opportunity to serve others..

It also represents a time of transformation.. in 2015 experiencing my pregnancy and birth of Peyton. I remember feeling so empowered.. so present so aware .. so READY to take on life as a mother.

God truly filled me with J O Y. I remember feeling so connected, so deep in the word.. filled with gratitude 🦋
