An oldie but goodie . . .
LEMON BALM [Melissa off.] LEMONADE
3 large lemons
1/2 -1 cup lemon balmleaves
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
3 additional cups cold water
ice
Slice lemons into bowl and add fresh lemon balm leaves.
Pour boiling water over lemons and leaves, steep for 15-20 minutes. Strain add sugar and stir to dissolve. Add remaining water. Fill two glasses half with ice, finish filling glasses with lemonade.
