Join me this weekend to learn all about sourdough and making herbal solutions for your whole family.
Our sourdough class will be on Friday! You will learn how to make bread from scratch, take a loaf home to bake, take a 2 year old sourdough starter home to make your own and learn about how to make many other yummy recipes!
Our Herbal class we will focus on making fire cider, elderberry syrup and cough losengers. Each participant will take home their own fire cider, recipes and samples.

Finally added some of Homemade Betty’s original body butters to the farm website!
Our batches will be made and sold until sold out. We will try to restock every other week. This will help with letting me do my farm work while still making products that I love.

Fall Harvest Bowl 🍁
Meal prep
-boil 1 cup of brown rice and 1 cup multicolor quinoa then cover and simmer for 30 min.
- chop root colorful veggies(sweet potatoes, butternut squash, cranberries, carrots, onion , beets, Brussels sprouts)
- 1 can of chickpeas
Put all into 1 sheet pan veggies and chickpeas. Lightly coat with EVOO and sprinkle turmeric, cumin and garlic powder.
Bake for 45 min at 400
While everything bakes soak 1 cup of cashews in water for 30 min.
After soaking, drain water. Add cashews to food process. Slowly add 3/4 cup of cold water to get a good pouring consistency. Then add a handful of dill and mix.
Once everything done, put everything in one bowl and pour cashew dill sauce on top.
Added bonus make some corn bread and enjoy on the side!
