It was a nice privilege to be able to build a couple of structures for Yosemite National Park.

There were 5 of these 8x16 and 8x14 Douglas Fir trusses built (Walter the shop dog for scale) for a project in Lakeport, CA. Thank you for the work and thank you for the beautiful timbers

Flew trusses yesterday. You are always a bit anxious when the first truss is being lifted from the trailer. These porch trusses are a beautiful element added to the home.

Slots for the knife plates cut, bolted up and out of the shop. Due to width the trusses need to be delivered in halves and re-assembled on site.

Started breaking down Timbers for parts for these 37’ Timber trusses that will make up a covered deck on a new custom home. Timbers are all marked out for drilling the bolt holes as well as the plunge cuts for the knife plates.
