✨ A New Chapter Begins ✨

Sometimes life has a way of making decisions for us when we're not quite ready to make them ourselves.

For the past 18 years, I've had the privilege of helping clients heal, recover, and feel their best through massage therapy and bodywork. Along the way, I've worked in several locations, built lasting relationships, and continued to grow both personally and professionally.

Over the last several months, I've been quietly building Coastal Bodywork Co., creating a brand and business that truly reflects my philosophy of helping people move better, feel better, and live well. My goal was always to eventually transition into my own full-time practice.

This weekend, that timeline changed unexpectedly.

While it wasn't how I envisioned this next step happening, I'm choosing to see it as an opportunity. Sometimes the universe gives us a gentle nudge—and sometimes it gives us a firm push. Either way, it's time to move forward.

I'm excited to officially be focusing all of my energy on Coastal Bodywork Co. and to welcome both new and returning clients into this next chapter. With expanded availability, additional services, and more flexibility to serve you, I couldn't be more excited about what's ahead.
