Come behind the scenes from a real consultation with one of our patients who was having some serious pain in her jaw from clenching so hard during the day and night.

The reality is, masseter botox got a hype for slimming the jaw line but what you rarely see is it used as a medical treatment.

This kind of consultation is what separates a dermatologist from someone who just learns to inject. We’re talking muscle function, facial balance, and how to treat her pain without creating new problems like sagging or jowls.

In my eyes, she’s a patient with real symptoms that need medical attention first, and the aesthetic side of it comes after the fact.
