I’m pretty much completely booked for the year other than a spot here and there. So if you haven’t booked out for the year I suggest you hit me up ASAP so I can make sure you get in esp before the holidays. Don’t want y’all looking like a hot mess for all those family photos!

if you book your appts out ahead you just need to give me 24 hour notice if you can’t make your appt and atleast you know you have another one coming up.SOMETIMES I can try and switch appts with someone else (not always).
📌I have a standing waiting list at all times (let me know if you need to be added). So if I have notice of a cancellation I can usually book that slot. However, if I don’t. I’m out that time and money. I lost approx 1k in services of prebooked appts last month due to last min cancellations and several no shows in addition to the month prior. Not everyone paid for their services they missed and it puts me in a really awkward position as I really do love all my clients and I hate having to ask for you all to pay for this, it makes me really uncomfortable. I know it’s part of business and I know I’m too nice, esp. since I feel like a lot of you are like extended family to me, most of you I’ve know for 7 or more years. I hate having to be put in the position to ask you to pay for things you haven’t received. But, I can’t afford to keep allowing this to happen or I won’t be able to stay in business.

✅✅✅✅24 hr cancellation (or close to 24 hr): there will be NO charge 🙌🏻
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️LESS than 24 hour cancellation (or close to 24): charged for appts for ALL services💸 📌 see add’l notes below.
💔 💔💔💔NO CALL/ NO SHOW: charged for all services missed AND prepay for additional appts ahead of time. 📌see add’l notes below
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️if you show up for appt but don’t notify me (24 hr notice) that another person/services you booked for are not needed: you will need to pay for the ALL booked services. 💸
⏰⏰⏰⏰10+ min LATE is considered less than 24 hour notice cancellation unless I have the time to still complete appt. ‼️MUST NOTIFY ME AS SOON AS YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE LATE. If I am unable to complete appt/all services you will need to pay for all services that were scheduled and missed
‼️The only exception of this rule is for illness or emergencies etc. but please still give me notice ASAP. This is based on honor system please don’t take advantage if it becomes a reoccurring issue the above rules will apply
📌ADDITIONAL NOTES:
📌In addition to paying for missed appt/services.
‼️2 NO CALL/NO SHOW in 3 months or less: in addition to paying for missed appts/services/ ALL future appts will be cancelled, no longer able to book in advance for more than 1 appointment at a time and will have to prepay for ANY appts ahead of time.
‼️2 CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HRS in 3 months or less: in addition to paying for missed appts/services: you will need to prepay for future appts/services AHEAD of time. Appointments won’t be canceled like no shows.
💵 Payment excepted via: Venmo, Zelle, Apple Cash, cashapp and PayPal. I may be able to do credit card over the phone/texted info with additional fee as I’m charged more for this type of transaction💵
