Summer is right around the corner, with more skin showing than in the winter when it's buried under socks, shoes, and long pants. Get your skin summer-ready by sloughing off dead cells with a Sugar Scrub and conditioning your newly emerging cells with Body Butter.

It's that time of year again! After you carve your pumpkin for Halloween, puree the meat and add a bit of honey to it and use it as a facial mask. Tightly capped, this can last up to a week in the refrigerator. Apply to freshly cleansed face, leave on for 10-15 minutes for normal skin (up to 5 minutes for sensitive skin). Rinse thoroughly and apply a light moisturizer to towel-dried skin.

Looking forward to making soap now that tax season is over. I didn't participate in tax season last year but I did this year (I'm an accountant who also makes soap). This picture was taken years ago, before tax season, when I was gearing up for the holiday markets. The markets here in NC were closed in 2020, 2021, and part of 2022 because of Covid. Last summer it rained from June to September, shutting the outdoor markets down a large percentage of the time. Hopefully this summer will be dry and sunny!
