Last class of the year!
We still have space for one more couple so reach out if you’re due before February!
Getting folders stuffed with A LOT of handouts 😅
Each couple that takes our class goes home with a folder the has all the information we covered, additional resources, and lots of space for personal notes!
We still have space for one more couple in our last class of 2026! It’s not too late to join us tomorrow 10-5 ❤️

When you match the wallpaper you HAVE to take mirror selfie, I’m pretty sure it’s the law 😂
A little snapshot of life lately ☺️
💆♀️ The office is coming together
🩵 A baby boy is here
💪I’m back to the gym
😅 I’m chasing around these cute and crazy kids
🍁 Loving my fall decor and how it makes everything I do just a little more aesthetic
👩🦳 I turned 28…I’ve got some white hairs that thought that was an invitation to multiply lol
💆♀️ And I’m raising my massage prices
Lots to be thankful for💙🩵🩷
Looking forward to this cozy season ☺️

Last minute opening for today!
September is your last chance to get my $60 an hour pricing. Starting October 1st my prices will be going up to the following:
30 minutes - $40
45 minutes - $50
1 hour - $70
1.5 Hours - $100
Over the last two years my prices have all stayed the same but the time has come for me to raise them. New office, improved tools, continuing education, consistent childcare for my 3 kiddos! All factors in this decision I have agonized over for the last several months.
My discount/punch cards aren't going anywhere because I fully believe in making massage attainable/affordable for everyone!
Thank you to all my loyal clients from the last two years, I look forward to many more!!

Everything is coming together!!!😊
I made these at 11:00 last night and my husband legitimately has to talk me out of going up to the clinic to install them right away 😂
Really hoping 🤞 I can get everything finished for my room today!
Not sponsored, just really excited to stop sweating! 😂 Seriously though, how many pumpkins do you think I could fit in my new office?
What’s your favorite season, and why is it fall?

I’ve been skipping the gym recently…cause I’ve been painting my new office space! 😁😁
And painting is kicking my b***y 😅
