These are two products I CAN’T lash without😍They’re my right hand woman, peanut butter to my jelly, Bonnie to my Clyde and so on. I wanted to make an in depth post about why I use these and what the benefits are. After I get you tapped down and prepped I put a primer on your lashes. It helps with the PH balance but also helps to strip any excess oils on your lashes to create a better bond. Before I remove the tape and let you open up your new pretties, I use a bonder to help lock in those fumes and to help you not water! I hate having to be out in the uncomfortable situation to enforce my polices so this post will be sent to all new clients that book with me to read over prior to booking.

•DEPOSITS: A deposit of half the service cost will be required to book your appointment if you are a new client wanting to schedule a full set. This deposit is non refundable and goes towards the cost of your appointment. Moving forward, a card will need to be kept on file when booking with me. If you are a no show or cancel the day of your appointment you will be charged the rest of the service cost for the service you were booked for resulting in the full cost of the appointment time. Another deposit will need to be made upon booking another appointment. However, if you cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment time then you will not be charged the rest of your appointment cost but will need to put another deposit down for your next appointment. Deposits are in place to ensure both of our times and I can no longer be lenient about them.

•PAYMENT: Deposits can be made through Facebook Messenger Pay, Venmo, or PayPal. The remainder cost of the appointment must be paid in cash at end of your service due to there not being good enough service in the building to send/receive on third party apps.

-Having to be put in this position where I have to be strict with enforcing my policies is super disheartening for me.. Today I had a new client who I didn’t make put a deposit down for their appointment (since everyone has been super great about showing up and not canceling) and they didn’t only not show up but also blocked me on almost every platform once I attempted to enforce my policies to them and have yet to still receive payment. That appointment time could’ve gone to someone who truly wanted it. At the end of the day I LOVE LOVE LOVE my job but it is also my business and income and I hate to be walked over..I do not want to have to be put in that uncomfortable position again. I’m sorry I have to be so strict about this now, it only takes one person to ruin it for the rest of you BUT I’m sure you all will understand.
