Let’s talk proper toenail trimming 🗣

Do the corner of your nails ever start bugging you, so you start digging in there and cutting them back to get a little relief? That can be perpetuating the issue and putting yourself in danger of true ingrown nails which can pierce the skin and cause infection.

When trimming your nails, trim straight across from edge to edge to make sure you’re not leaving any spiky nail pieces behind. If you want to round the corners, use a nail file to do so gently.

Don’t let inexperienced nail techs dig in those corners either! Your pedicure should never be painful and leave you feeling great about your feet!

Thick and dry to soft and smooth.

Waterless pedicure using an 80 grit sand cap on dry skin to reduce callus, followed by a diamond bit to further reduce smooth. Finished with Soft Feet Scrub, mask, and hotel towels for maximum hydration 🦶
