Sweat now shine later!!!
The change my body has made in these last few weeks is amazing. Not only physically but mentally as well. Still lots of progress to be made but so far I am enjoying my journey to a better healthier lifestyle.

Change won’t happen over night, but one day you wake up and notice that your hard work is paying off. Nothing worth having comes easy so NEVER GIVE UP SIS!!!

A little glimpse of today’s leg session. Did fewer reps since I bumped up my weight and didn’t want to sacrifice my form. I have to say I am proud of myself so far, been working on strengthening my core so now leg days doesn’t impact my knees because my core is getting stronger.
•

I have to say a lot of my progress has to do with my nutrition and supplements. Literally only been doing this for a month after giving up on my fitness for over a year and I feel amazing and the change is definitely noticeable now.

Today is the first day of September’s 21 day transformation challenge. I’m so hyped about this challenge and the amazing results you can achieve in just 21 days by simply following the nutritional meal plan, workout guide, and supplements that are provided for you when you join. I did the August challenge and lost 8lbs in those 21 days and September goals will be even better.
