A little Wednesday night community class update! 🤍
Starting September 9, our FREE Wednesday Night Community Class will begin at 6:15pm instead of 6:30pm.
The workout itself isn't changing! It's still a 45-minute class designed to help you move your body and reset in the middle of the week. The only difference is that afterward, we'll be creating space for anyone who wants to stay for an optional 15 minutes of prayer, praise, encouragement, and meaningful conversation.
We're so grateful to be partnering with First United Methodist Church Springdale to make this possible and can't wait to continue building a community that cares for both your physical and spiritual well-being.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate one year of SelfLove Studio Fitness with us on Saturday! 🤍
We kicked off the day with a free barre class, followed by a vendor fair, and wrapped things up with a yoga class. We loved getting to celebrate with so many of you! And a special shoutout to Beli’s Cookies for the cutest celebration cookie cake! 🤍
