Figured I’d come on this page and tell you a little about myself since it’s been a while. My name is Ashlee. I am a 22 year old mommy of 3; a girl/boy set of twins who will be 3 in April and a daughter who will be 1 at the end of the month and work a full time 40+ hours a week at a gas station here in our town. I also have 3 dogs (2 German Shepherds and a Beagle). So as you can probably guess I’m very busy. I started looking into Youngliving to help with anxiety and depression issues after having my 3rd child along with sleep support for my twins, since starting my Youngliving journey my babies sleeping went from not good to sleeping all night, you can definitely tell the difference between diffusing at home and not diffusing while on vacation or away from home. I also feel a lot of difference in my anxiety and depression levels throughout everyday just by dropping a few drops of grapefruit in my diffusers. This has really has been a life changing decision in my life. Everything you buy from the grocery store or target you can get from Youngliving but it’s all NONTOXIC and SAFE for your kids and animals. Where else can for find truly nontoxic products? So I just wanted to share this recipe that someone from my team shared with me last night. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
5 drops Thieves
5 drops Purification
3 drops Frankincense
3 drops Lemon
3 drops Lavender
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil
This FANTASTIC recipe is for a Hand Foot Mouth cream. We found out Monday the my 2 year old daughter one of the twins has somehow contracted HFM (Hand Foot Mouth) and was ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE!! She couldn’t really eat anything other than soft foods and drink things at room temperature because the sores around her mouth hurt so bad. 😩😭😩😭😩😩
So this morning I put some of this cream I made last night one the sores around her mouth and she’s been acting so so much better... I am SO GLAD to have all these resources right at my finger tips. ❤️
