After a great round with Challah bread, I found that the recipe was a bit dry, and I was displeased with the product.

As someone who believes that whatever we consume should give us life... the white flour also fell short as it reduces gut health & creates inflammation.

So, back to the drawing board!

I adore baking, and have heard that almost anything can be made with sourdough!

And, GUESS WHAT?!??
I'M EXPERIMENTING!!!
