Why ruin your thumbs when you can use your feet? 🦶💆♀️ Massaging the thick part of the thumb is terrible for a therapist's hands, so I use my heel to compress the hand instead. I also use the base of my foot to help spread the bones of the wrist, and walk my elbow down the arm to find all those hidden lumps and bumps. Work smarter, not harder! ✨
