"I didn't think my body could ever do that again." After a devastating car accident at 25, I thought my physical limits were permanently set. But in 2005, a unique yoga practice changed everything. A fellow teacher practiced a sequence on me, and one specific movement finally released the deep tension I’d been holding in my back for years. It just... let go. The relief was indescribable.
Yoga didn't just help me move again; it showed me that our bodies are capable of incredible resilience and healing.
