After a full hot North Carolina day of cutting the lawn, trimming the bushes for the fall and winter .
Then, preparing for a neighborhood yard sale and event all day in the garage tagging and bagging things .
Dinner and a movie with Lee and my bro …
Ended the evening with Bromelain to ease all that extra push to my body today
Just finished Getting the Tower Electrolytes, Aloe , Digestive Enzymes, Turn Up, Turn Down, Smarter Sachet and Daily Essentials ready to share tomorrow from 7am -2 pm … and finished with a much needed shower 😳

6 am is gonna come early and I need a good restful night sleep.
