Today was a bitter sweet moment for us saying farewell to one of our Long-Term Care Unit Manager Theresa. However we wish her the best of luck to her new journey and chapter and we can't thank her enough for all she has done for our residents. We will miss her!!

Last week, our residents from Dulles, Potomac Falls, and Gainesville Health & Rehab Center gathered at Golden Corral, enjoyed each other’s company, shared a good meal, and formed new friendships.

Potomac Falls Health & Rehab Center will be having an Employee Appreciation Celebration on Thursday, July 27th! We can’t wait to see you there!

Congratulations to our very own Thelma Addequaye for earning her RN License! Thelma has served our Center for more than 9 years as an LPN and before that, was a CNA for 5 years We’re thankful for her service to our patients and residents and couldn’t be happier to celebrate this most recent accomplishment. Well done, Thelma!

For the last day of National Nursing Assistants Week, we served hot coffee and breakfast to our staff. We truly could not be more grateful for the CNAs we have at our center. They provide our patients and residents with such great care. We thank you all so much.

Today we kicked off the week with "love you some lattes and cookies" just like we love our hardworking CNAs. We wanted to shower our CNAs with some goodies before their shifts today.

Happy Fri-YAY to all our CNAs! We continue to celebrate our CNAs with some fried rice Friday. Thank you again to our CNAs.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for our amazing hardworking CNA’s. Today for National CNA Week we celebrated all our CNA’s with assorted ice cream novelties. Thank you to you CNA’s for everything you do for all our patients and residents.

On Day 5 of National Skilled Nursing Care week, we enjoyed this fun Friday with the grill and had a cookout with all staff. Everyone enjoyed their plates full of their favorite BBQ dishes, a huge thanks to our amazing chef Charles.”

On Day 4 of National Skilled Nursing Care Week, our team got to enjoy the beautiful weather outside with some ice cream from our local ice cream truck friends and some fun artist drawings with their caricatures.

For day 3 of National Skilled Nursing Care Week, we started the day off with some fresh donuts and hot coffee for all staff. "Do-nut miss some breakfast with us and the team." 🍩

Yesterday our residents at Potomac Falls enjoyed a fun competition with the residents from Dulles at Bowl America. The residents were cheering each other on trying to beat Team Dulles!

On Day 2 of National Skilled Nursing Care Week the competition was fierce! We enjoyed a trip to Bowl America with the team at Potomac Falls playing against the team at Dulles. Everyone had tons of fun and their fair share of bragging rights!

For day 1 of National Skilled Nursing Care Week we celebrated with staff enjoying some breakfast before their shifts and with a hot pink Potomac Falls t-shirt!

We are thrilled to announce that Waqt Ali, RN has earned the honor of being 2022’s Team Member of the Year! She has also received the prestigious Deborah L. Petrine Award for exemplifying service excellence and embodying the mission to provide peace of mind to those we care for: our patients, residents, families, and staff.
