Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED is essential.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complaints.
• Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Associates must be able to listen carefully to all customers’ needs therefore; strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong sales skills and at least 1 year of experience is required.
• The candidate must be able to work in a team, get along with coworkers, and treat everyone respectfully. Candidates should be open to coaching others and be coached by others in any situation.
• The candidate should keep up with product knowledge – hardware, liquid’s flavor profiles, and prices.

Responsibilities:
• In this role, you will assist in influencing the decision process and communicating value to our buyers through in-depth needs analysis. You must be able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers as you build excitement for them and work through product-related issues.
• Fulfill the company’s defined customer experience by being hospitable, friendly, customer focused, and excited team member.
• Associates must organize, stock shelves, and display merchandise to company standards.
• Consistently promoting the company’s rewards program and ensuring customers check in at the kiosk ONLY at the time of purchase.
• Keeping up with side work and cleaning duties to ensure the store looks clean, organized, and inviting.
• You will follow set safety procedures as well as coach customers about safety and how to properly use devices to prevent any casualties.
