One of the questions I get asked most is, “How long will my hair tinsel last?”
Because each strand of silk tinsel is tied to a single strand of your natural hair, it stays in until that hair naturally sheds.
Children’s hair is often finer, and with all the swimming, sports, playground fun, and everyday adventures, they tend to shed those hairs a little faster than adults. That means their sparkle may not last as long—and that’s completely normal!
Every head of hair is different, so wear time varies, but with gentle brushing and proper care, you can help your sparkle last as long as possible.

I’m finally sitting down with a cup of coffee, catching my breath on the couch after one of the busiest stretches I’ve had in a while.

This week was packed with:

⚾ A championship baseball game for my son
🎓 Last day of school
✨ A last-minute pop-up at Annapolis Nail & Spa
💖 A full schedule of clients + summer transition chaos

It’s been busy, loud, meaningful, and a little exhausting — but I wouldn’t trade it. I’m so grateful for every client, every event, and every moment I get to show up for both my business and my family.
