Yesterday, I kid you not. I was in the water, weeding and removing rock from the beach. My husband was down working on the beach, all 4 kids in the water with me.
I was just sitting there, weeding, minding my own business, laughing with the family.
When I felt something brush against my leg.
My old arthritic ass body NEVER moved so fast in my life. Happy 48 years ya rusty joints. I jumped so fast, not knowing if it was a great white or an alligator.
I must have screamed to high heaven as all 5 family members were looking at me in concern.
"Mom" " mom" its just a snake!!! ðââïļðððžââïļðââïļ

Anyways I died a bit yesterday and haven't entered the water since. There were 2 of them and they were feeding. So yeah, that's my story of how I took 5 years off my life ðĩâðŦðĩâðŦðĩâðŦ
