Their Journey: From Hobby to Success Story
The inspiration behind the business began in 2022, when owners Michelle and David Macias took up freeze-drying as a hobby and a way to preserve different food items for their friends and family. Realizing they wanted to share their sweet treats with their hometown, they officially established MouthFull Confections at the beginning of 2023.

Their business journey is a true Certified Incubator success story:

•October 2023: They joined the small business incubator, The Shoppes at Guthrie.

•Five Months Later: They successfully graduated from the incubator program.

•Spring 2026: They celebrated two years of operating full-time in their very own brick-and-mortar downtown storefront, which had previously been vacant.
