No one is clean of baggage or mess. What’s important is to be aware of the baggage and minimize it the absolute best that you can.

One of the most painful things someone said to me was that I was too much. They loved me but I was too much. That hurt even more so because I knew they loved me, I felt it. But I also knew the baggage I was carrying at that time in my life was too much. In hindsight I think he did the right thing walking away. That’s was few years ago now.

Me now, still has baggage but it’s mostly unpacked. I’m aware of what’s left. I can carry and balance what I have left. It’s manageable.

Sometimes a little love is all you need to finish unpacking.
