A huge thank you to ISARAT’S MEN’S SPA in Wilton Manors, Florida, for the warm hospitality and for giving me the opportunity to conduct professional continuing education training for your team.

It was a pleasure to work with such an engaged group of professionals who are committed to expanding their knowledge, improving their skills, and providing an even higher level of care to their clients.

During our training, we focused on two educational programs:

📚 Save Body Control Method™: Intro to Dynamic Lymphatic Activation
A hands-on introduction to gentle dynamic techniques, body awareness, breathing, and approaches that can be incorporated into professional massage sessions to support relaxation and overall client comfort.

📚 Therapeutic Head & Neck Massage for Headache Support
A practical course focused on the head, neck, shoulders, and related muscular tension patterns, with techniques designed to support relaxation and help massage therapists work more confidently with clients experiencing tension-related discomfort.

The most important part of education is not simply learning a new technique — it is understanding how and when to integrate it into your existing professional practice.

I truly hope the ISARAT’S MEN’S SPA team will be able to take what we practiced together and incorporate these techniques into their own unique approach, creating new experiences for their clients and helping them feel relaxed, restored, and cared for.

I also want to thank every therapist who participated in the training. Thank you for your attention, your questions, your willingness to practice, and your openness to learning something new. Professional growth happens when we continue to learn from one another and then transform that knowledge into better experiences for the people we serve.

This seminar was especially meaningful to me because expanding professional education and sharing the Save Body Control Method™ with massage therapists in different states is an important part of the continued development of Save Body Academy.
