‘Tis the season, right? Not for everyone, for many the holidays are bitter sweet. When you lose important people you feel that loss in your body. That’s actually how I found Shiatsu. The loss of my brother and the unbearable physical pain I felt. Now, 24 years later these anniversaries, birthdays, holidays and seasons. I know to build in ways to take extra good care of myself.
