If you’re new to our bulk orders, here’s how it works: we offer quarter, half, and whole animal orders every two months. These are a great option if you’re looking to fill your freezer, save on your overall cost per pound, and have a good supply of beef on hand.
Since we only do our bulk orders every other month, our spots can fill up quickly. If you’ve been wanting to order a quarter, half, or whole animal, we recommend getting on the list early for our next delivery.
We also have plenty of individual cuts available in the market for those who aren’t looking to purchase in bulk!

Cutting into a fresh loaf of White Tea & Ginger — clean, warm, fresh and just a little earthy.
Nothing fancy today. Just cutting bars, cleaning up edges and getting another small batch onto the curing rack. One of my favorite parts of the whole process. 🤎

🌿 Lavender Peppermint Desert Crème drops tomorrow! Think calming lavender, cooling peppermint, and buttery tallow goodness your skin will absolutely drink up.
❄️ Cooling Rosemary Mint Soap is officially making a comeback after so many customer requests! Packed with menthol crystals and a fresh rosemary mint scent that’ll leave you feeling refreshed from head to toe.
🧼 And because I apparently don’t know how to sit still… I’ve started making guest soaps! These mini bars are designed for overnight guests—a little luxury waiting by the sink or in the shower so visitors can enjoy a handcrafted Wild Ryde bar during their stay.
