What is Ravens Depot?
Raven’s Depot is a platform/community for minors (17 & under) to buy and sell products across the country. Young entrepreneurs, or “kidpreneurs” as we call them, have the freedom to sell their products to kids just like them. Our site is a safe space for parents to feel comfortable that their children are being protected and encouraged to explore consumerism at an adolescent age.
Who will benefit from Ravens Depot?
We designed the business so that kidpreneurs will benefit the most. We have zero sign up, member, or monthly fees.
Minors can buy and sell a wide and diverse range of products on the platform. From beauty products to amazing clothing made by kids just like them. Ravens Depot is all about representation. As the community grows, children of all ages can be inspired to dabble in business before they even get to college.
What was the idea behind Ravens Depot?
I wanted to help my 9 year old daughter, Raven, start a business. After deciding on a product, I went searching for a safe platform for her to sell her products to other children and couldn’t find a platform that I was comfortable with, so… I decided to create one. Ravens Depot is the safe space that I wanted for minors to buy and sell products exclusively. Young entrepreneurship is not just a lemonade stand on the side of the road, and we strive to put faces to what young people have achieved and can achieve. With a young child in my own home, I have been able to provide her with mentors her own age. Our partners are all over social media, but Ravens Depot has provided one consistent place to find and support our youth.
What a great way to celebrate our kidpreneurs & encourage our children to grow up and create jobs… not just grow up and get a job.
