Excited and a little scared at the same time lol.
I am 65 and have some underlying chronic issues but none on the usual list.
I have clients I may have to cancel if I will feel sick afterwards but am thrilled to have less stress going to work dodging covid on a mine field.
I am here to support any and all massage therapists and healers that would like to learn how to build online and learn a powerful transformational form of energy healing that you transform and you support your clients healing as well. This allows you to Heal From Anywhere. (you can still do massage at your pace, price and timing you'd like to)

Biodynamic Cardiovascular Therapy training starts this Thursday through Sunday 9:30-5:00 pm. There are two slots available! SuZen from SuZens Acupuncture in OFallon (a diplomat acupuncturist) will be co-teaching how to sense and palpate the health of the vascular system of the body particularly the arteries via traditional Asian Medicine on Thursday.
The nature of the work is learning to rest in the stillness and sensing the dynamic interplay between Primary Respiration and the dynamic stillness in your body, around the body, and out into the natural world. Dynamic stillness rules the artery and it’s endothelium. We learn to let the hands and body melt into the stillness. Something our bodies and our world desperately need. We are looking for the health. 🙏🏻
If you can’t make this I will be starting a new Craniosacral Certification Training in January 2023. Call the school for more information and I will be posting additional information.

Experience feelings like frustration, anxiety and insecurity, our heart-rhythm patterns become more erratic. These erratic patterns are sent to the emotional centers in the brain, which recognizes them as stressful feelings. HeartMath’s research shows, when we experience heartfelt emotions such as appreciation, love, care and compassion, the heart produces a very different rhythm – one that has a smooth pattern and looks something like gently rolling hills. Learning to shift out of stressful emotional reactions to these heartfelt emotions can have profound positive effects on our overall well-being.
