Hi beauties.

As many of you know, I have taken time off work, as I grieve one of my greatest joys in life, Trace.

Trace was 25 years old, full of light and adventure. Trace had a way of making you feel included, a bright smile, and always made you feel loved. He was the best hugger in the entire world. If you were fortunate enough to receive one, you knew. when he saw you- embraced you, you knew immediately he loved you from that squeeze. And he loved big. Trace had epilepsy, he had a seizure… and our lives have forever been changed. And our hearts broken.

As I navigate this world with out him, work is going to possibly look a bit different. Slower, less days, and shorter hours. I want to thank each of you for your kindness, your grace as I navigate this process, and your love. In this time of great darkness, I can still feel love. I am surrounded by amazing family and of course you, friends! .. That I am grateful for! I want to thank each of you for being part of my life the last 25 years.. and hopefully the next 25!

The shop will still be our safe space, our place to laugh, share stories and as we all know possibly shed a few tears. We are family. And I am so blessed with the best work family on the planet. The entire hairdresser community that came together to hold me up. Especially my team at salon, Thank you.

I hope to see you all in time. Until then, thank you. Your love, your kindness and your grace.

Keep being kind to each other, spreading your love and beauty to the world. We all need it, and I appreciate you all.
