I am a wife, momma and Legal Assistant. As much as I love the law and the craziness and drama that goes with it, I also love the simple life.

I love growing herbs and cooking. I love Stevie Nicks and Tom Petty and creating fountains in my backyard 🩷

I BETTER NOT CATCH YOU running to the store for buns when these homemade hot dog buns take just 40 minutes.

You mix instant yeast with warm water, add oil, maple syrup, egg, flour, and salt, then knead briefly, shape, and bake. That’s it. No waiting around for dough to double in size.

They come out soft inside, golden on top, and strong enough to handle all your toppings without falling apart.

Minoo’s Pro Tip: Let the dough rest while the oven preheats, that short rest is all it needs.
