I am grateful for those who were able to show up today for the 12 Hero WOD event .
I want to give a special shout out to my fellow coaches .ashlyn and Chelsea for the needed push and motivation. Thank you for the help to honor and remember our fallen heroes.
I also want to thank for their continuous and impactful work and for allowing us to pay our respects in a meaningful way.
I also appreciate for taking photos and for showing support.
I Thank each and everyone of you for the encouragement and participation.

As Memorial Day approaches and many across the nation will be participating in the ; myself and would like to offer an opportunity to part take in a HERO WOD on Monday May 31st.

The people made a post about honoring 12 service members that passed during their time in service. To pay our respects, we’d like to provide a schedule for 12 Hero Workouts that can be done together in person or virtually.

We by no means expect anyone to replace the but are offering options for those whom may want to participate in a additional Hero WOD.

This event will be running all day Monday starting from 6am to 8pm; finishing with “Murph” at 7pm.
