Right now is maintenance season. Treatment facials (peels) are best done when the weather is cooler and more over cast.

Right now is the time to develop a SIMPLE skin routine. ☝🏾cleanser ✌🏾moisturizer with SPF morning and night.

You can graduate to a night time moisturizer once you are consistent with these two products. Then as you nail down that product move toward adding treatment products like retinol.

This about developing a habit. Make it easy on yourself. Go slow add one thing at a time. If you do too much all at once you get overwhelmed, quit and worst of all waste a ton of money.

Self care is about the habits you form to care for your WHOLE self. Caring for you should be natural not stressful.
