I’m not one to hide, but these days I feel like I’ve been hiding. I have completely burnt out and have been trying to get myself back into balance. I was finally able to go to a really good chiropractor yesterday and we were able to take x-rays. What he saw with my neck was some thing I knew I have had since my surfing accident five years ago. Looking back at how blessed I am for not being paralyzed or breaking my neck. The healing journey can be a life long journey. But when you have the tools to help you recover faster and not go crazy in the process, it’s a lot more tolerable.
Be kind to yourself and nourish your body. Pray for guidance and to be pointed in the right direction. What you speak matters too! Speak life into your soul! I am healed!!! Amen!

75 Hard… I failed! And guess what? That’s ok! Cause I tried it. I did it for 12 days and the only reason I failed was because I had some injuries come up (that was not from 75). Resting the body is key and in 75 hard… there is no rest days. That was Hard! But that’s ok, cause that’s why it’s called 75 hard 🤣 Life happens, get back on the horse.
This is what I loved about it:
- lost 5lbs
- Felt hydrated and no pain
- mental health uplifted
- I gained muscle and started to believe in myself again
- my clothes started to fit again
- we saved money and didn’t eat out or buy alcohol.
- I had no hormonal period symptoms (that’s huge right now)
- my relationship with my husband became stronger. We were more United as a team
- our son started following us and came up with his own 10 day hard for him
- slept better
- finished 2 books
- overall gained everything and lost nothing.
Why am I’m telling you this? Because a lot of people wanted to do this and flaked out cause it sounded too hard or didn’t want to stop drinking alcohol. Please stop letting booze control your life and hold you back from the life you want. Even if you fail… you will be on your own program and stay consistent. It gives you something to lean on and work towards. Make your own like my son. I love kids, they don’t get in their head. They just do it and figure it out and don’t care if the fail or loose. They learn the bad habits from us along the way.
So here I am again. Starting over. And that’s ok. I miss it. I rested and probably gained a couple more lbs again 😂 So time to go hard again and get back on that horse! I’m starting Friday if anyone wants to join me. It’s free… it’s your own challenge, just fun doing it with others ☺️

Happy happy birthday Leah! I hope you are having such an incredible weekend with the ladies! is holding it down for and I 😆 We wish we were there, but so blessed to have these memories in our hearts forever! One of the best and surprising days of our lives!!! Sending you so much love sister!

It’s not going to be simple. One day is simple. 75 days of consistency is hard. Anyone can do it. Train your mind. Train your body and just do it.
We are finally ready and are doing it! We randomly chose today to start and we just found out the last day is on December 31. There are no coincidences! 🤩🙌
Whoever starts tomorrow will stop on Jan 1st. Happy new year to a new you! 😁

I am so no proud of us! 2 years on the road traveling and doing life. Finally back to Oregon to celebrate our amazing friend (who I call my Angel Brother) ‘s wedding. Thanks for getting us all dressed up! 🤩🙌

Cheers to 30+ years of friendship!!! I love you ladies so much! What an incredible surprise girls trip! Thank you Leah for making this happen and Nicole for trusting Leah so we could surprise you! Thank you Brooke for totally surprising us all!!!

Today is the day!!! I’m so excited and happy for you Trung and Nancy!!! Eeeeeeee!!!!! Love you both so much!!! Ok time to get ready now. ☺️

Just couldn’t not take a photo of the flower wall!! 🤩🤩🤩 I think more towns should do this. Super east and simple and yet so fun! I love walking into neighborhoods and finding cool photo ops. This was in Nashville in the 12 South neighborhood.

There are so many things I see while traveling full time. Sometimes I just want to have a house to ship all the things I want to fill it with. 🤣 I saw this in Franklin, TN. It was just beautiful. So much to say and so much to not say and just have so much faith. Life is a journey and much easier with Him.

Can’t wait to dive into this book!!!
