“Natural” doesn’t always mean natural.
Many teas and wellness products labeled:
organic
herbal
clean
… can still contain:
• artificial “natural” flavors
• pesticide-exposed herbs
• fillers and low-grade plant dust
• bleached or microplastic tea bags
Real wellness is usually simple.
Whole ingredients.
Transparent sourcing.
Slow preparation.
Intentional rituals.
This is why I choose to make my own infusions using real fruits, roots, and herbs — like lemon & ginger.
