Have you ever noticed that when you're using concealer under your eyes that it looks "cakey"?
You might think I need a better concealer or need to apply more.
Not true, what you need is to use an eye cream to moisturize and soften that area.
That keeps it from caking up. Not only will your concealer look better but at the same time it's going to help make those dark circles and fine lines disappear.
