One day my husband asked me to make a green tea mint soap. Yesterday I finally got to it and brewed up some green tea and incorporated it into my soap recipe. Green tea has so many benefits not only to drink, but for topical use!
Green tea contains polyphenols like EGCG that provide antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, helping manage acne, eczema, and premature aging by reducing sebum production and soothing inflammation when used. Topical application delivers concentrated antioxidants directly to the skin for localized benefits.
I can’t wait to cut up this loaf then cure to try! 🧼 🍃

Such a beautiful sight to see 💚🧼 finally happy to be back at it! Those who don’t know me personally, I had a baby 7 weeks ago so my time as been very limited and devouted to new motherhood again, so it’s always a blessing when I get to work on my soap making.
