☯️ Lucked out tonight and got the evening off so of course I wanted to make soap. I made my version of the basic Goat Milk Soap Bar “Mommas Goat Milk Soap” this will be my basic formula
💟I love h**p seed oil verse other oils. This bar will offer so many benefits:
🌱H**p seed oil can help to calm inflammation and irritation on the skin, including acne and some conditions like psoriasis, while keeping the skin nourished and moisturized. In addition to moisturizing and soothing the skin, h**p oil has anti-aging properties. H**p oil can help reduce fine lines and wrinkles as well as prevent signs of aging from developing.
🌱High concentrations of fatty acids and vitamins make shea butter an ideal cosmetic ingredient for softening skin. Shea butter also has anti-inflammatory and healing properties. Using shea butter on your body, especially your face, can condition, tone, and soothe your skin.
🌱In cold process soap, coconut oil is generally used around 20-30% of the recipe. Coconut oil is a super cleansing addition that produces big, copious bubbles. It is so good at its job that it can strip skin of moisture. That leaves the skin dry and even irritated. Coconut oil soap is an excellent moisturizer for both the skin and the hair. The properties of the coconut oil also help remove dead skin cells and dirt away from the body. The oils also help prevent or reduce acne. It also helps firm up your skin helps you look younger as the soap is rich in antioxidants.
🐐 Goat milk is rich in both saturated and unsaturated fats, making it ideal for soap production. Saturated fats increase a soap’s lather — or production of bubbles — while unsaturated fats provide moisturizing and nourishing properties.
