Shiatsu at Hulaween.
Working events is one of my favorite pastimes. I love balancing work and play, having something to do during the day and bettering other people’s festival experiences.
Being able to bring my two passions under one roof brings me so much joy. Music and Massage. One can not live without the other 🥹

Now offering cupping as an add on to your massage! Cupping helps break up fascia (this weblike structure that wraps around every structure of your body, there’s also a layer right under the skin)..it provides speedy relief to knots and pain. It can leave marks but if you don’t want noticeable marks we can do light cupping. It’s definitely an awesome addition if you’re working out a lot or in a lot of pain!

Taking a loving deep breadth on my massage table 🫁
I love working outside, on porches, decks etc! I’ve worked on countless balcony’s, this compliments both parties involved for a massage! The breezes outside are amazing!
Don’t ever believe massages are meant to be confined to the indoors! They can literally be performed anywhere 🤌🏼

Food is medicine.
A huge part of taking care of our bodies is what we are putting in our stomachs.
There are so many moments I yearn to advise my massage clients to try eliminating different foods to lessen swelling, joint pain, headaches etc. Unfortunately it’s out of my scope of practice at the moment, hence I wanted to address it on here.
Be aware that the food you are consuming can likely be the root cause of most unsolved issues.
Ok the cleaner you eat, the cleaner you’ll feel ☺️

Deep Breaths.
Life can be hectic, seemingly unforgiving, riddled with anxiety.
We all need little reminders that there is beauty and love constantly surrounding us. Take time for yourself to BREATHE! Masaage. Yoga. Energy therapy. Therapy. Reading. Music. Listen to your body. Respond with gratitude by following it’s needs.
Spread the love!

•Let’s Talk Thai•
Northern Thai Massage is my absolute favorite modality. I love interacting with the body on a deeper level that is reached through stretching and climbing. Incorporating Thai techniques is essential for me throughout ANY of my massages.
What is Thai massage?
“Thai massage or Thai yoga massage is a traditional healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. The idea of Shen-lines alias energy-lines was first used is "Thai yoga massage". These are similar to nadis as per the phylosophy of yoga by Gorakhnath.”
There are two types of Thai massage: 1. Southern Thai- which is rougher, quicker and more intense
2. Mother Thai- slower, more gentle yet still utilized a lot of stretches.
I learned and practice Northern Thai. I am currently a second level (beginner) however very excited for what the future holds in my Thai education. 🥰
My heart bursts with love for this modality and I hope to bring happiness to all of the people I touch through its practice!

•Stretching•
I cannot stress the importance of stretching. In order to keep your body at its highest functioning capacity stretching is a must. Personally, I incorporate a few stretches into every massage just to get some joint lubrication flowing, not to mention is helps prep the muscles for the work that needs to be done.
Stretching should be done at every age, no matter the physical constraints. It will help you soar past your physical limitations, not to mention help with everyday aches and pains.
Stretch and be well my friends 🙏

I would like to begin by talking about the legs and feet. We are them ALL the time! Most clients forget about their lower body when coming to see me, and want to concentrate on back, shoulders and neck, of which are also important; however I have come to discover by releasing the feet and legs you can also experience relief in your upper body.
•The entirety of the body is truly all connected•
No matter what concentration we will be taking during your massage, I will at least be compressing the legs and feet to bring a whole awareness to your body.
