Still at it because I enjoy looking and feeling better 🙃 been off the actual program for months but maintaining because I am not going back to low self esteem and misery ! Sad thing is nobody is concerned when you’re overweight but the minute you look good it’s strange and I must starve myself 🤣 definitely not the case . This is a continuation of the previous post .. shows you how carbs get me bloated !! I used to eat canned soup and salads 90% of the time to “cut calories “.. EveryBody is different! I’m not a nutritionist. Not certified in any of this but I’m eager to show how certain foods can make your body react . Finally learned things I cannot go wrong with is mainly protein and portions are key. Two boiled eggs can fill me up faster n longer than a giant ( often close to a 1000 calorie 😬) salad ! To each it’s own but this life changing diet is the best thing that happened to my body in 20 years 🙌🏻 thank you .camareno Without you I’d be still rocking that gut 🤓. *P.s. same pants on pics. ! What used to be my waste 💩ooops waist is the same as the distance between shoulder to shoulder .. js 😳 # mskissartistry

These are examples what NOT to eat. . I know 🧟‍♀️🙌🏻 I thought I was doing so good .. nope. I ate like this AND walked about 5-10-15 miles every day but I plateaued around 145-150 lb ( was around 150-170 about 3-6 months prior to that ) the lockdown and a break up could only do so much for me .. then got started on the Garcia method in late May 🦋 8 weeks = 18-20 lb down. My body fluctuate a lot I hold onto water like spongebob ..😁. Not only I’ve been maintaining since but also dropped an extra 5 lb. I’m now between 120-123 lb. This was my ultimate goal. You don’t have to be on the program forever ♾, you’ll develop discipline I’ll guarantee it 🤓 # mskissartistry

I’m the proof of this .. I know I attract better now. Quality people around me , better opportunities .. smaller clothes .. lower grocery bill 😄 but seriously.. best thing about the method is that you’ll see results in a week and that will motivate you until you’re there ! .. or push yourself a little bit more and set your own standards higher ( just in case life happens and a couple of pounds sneak back up 🤨) you’ll be so glad you did 🥰 # mskissartistry
